QY25 crane is hydraulic drive with full circle swinging telescopic booms. Equipped with EGR engine of CNHTC (EURO-III), the crane has four sections of main lifting booms and one section of jib.With H type outriggers and double cylinders, it can achieve 36 0 slewing lifting. The stretch mode of the lifting boom is in sequence and synchronization, and the hoisting mechanisms are independent drive.

 

The crane has the following features:

1.  The main performance parameters has reached advanced domestic level, and approached overseas like products.

2.  Adopting hydraulic drive, all mechanisms can be operated with stepless speed regulating steadily and reliably.

3.  The boom can stretch within a range of 10.2m to 32m in order and synchronization.

4.  The boom is made of high strength steel, HQ700, with main sectional plane of hexagon.

5. The boom drive mechanism is in the inner arm to increase inner section dimensions and improve strength.

6.  With two offset angles of 15and 30, the trussed type jib is extended and retracted artificially.

7.  The crane has a controllable free slipping slewing mechanism.

8.  This crane has planetary gear type main and vice lifting mechanism.

9.  Equipped with 013.45.1600.001 type slewing bearing made in Xuzhou , this crane has large load capacity and long working life.

10.  Perfect and advanced safety device equipped in this crane can guarantee operation security. The lighting device is convenient for night operation.

11. Equipped with adjustable seat, PPC operation device and full automatic overload display unit, the operator's cab has an expansive field of view.
